Erick Lindgren: A Very Outstanding World Series of Poker Bracelet Winner

Nicknamed as "E-Dog," Erick Lindgren is a very outstanding poker player and one of the very proud owners of a World Series of Poker championship bracelet from Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2008, he became one of the several professional poker players who won their very first WSOP title after a solid performance at the $5,000 Mixed Holdem event of the 38th Annual World Series of Poker. That limit/no-limit game combination earned him one of the most prestigious titles in the world, and earned him an additional $374,505 for his live tournament earnings.

Besides the World Series of Poker championship bracelet, Lindgren also made a total of 19 very impressive money finishes and a World Series of Poker earnings equivalent to $1,940,628 throughout his career. In addition, his WSOP Circuit earnings already reached $430,521 and still growing. Overall, Lindgren has already piled up various memorable achievements in past WSOP events that serve as major highlights of his illustrious professional poker career.

In a 2005 World Series of poker Circuit Event that was held in Atlantic City in the state of New Jersey, Lindgren joined the $10,000 No Limit Holdem Championship, where he finished second best overall and took home a whopping $430,521. After that, he accomplished another major achievement the following year at the 37th Annual WSOP, where he finished second best overall at the $5,000 No-Limit Holdem Shorthanded event. From that particular performance, he was able to bring home a hefty prize of $357,435.

In 2008, Lindgren made a serious run at the World Series of Poker by participating in five prestigious events at the 39th Annual WSOP, finishing no worse than 18th place in all of those highly competitive poker tournaments. First in the list was his stunning performance at the $5,000 Mixed Holdem event, where he earned his first ever WSOP championship bracelet and took home the grand pot amounting to $374,505. After a few days, he then competed at the $1,500 Limit Holdem event, where he finished 10th place overall with a prize of $14,775.

At the 39th Annual World Series of Poker in 2008, Lindgren also participated in three more prestigious poker tournaments including the $5,000 No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball, $10,000 World Championship Heads-Up No-Limit Holdem, and $50,000 World Championship H.O.R.S.E. events. At the first event, he finished fourth best overall and took home a huge $156,151 cash prize. In the second one, he ended up with the 18th best record with a cash prize of $21,657. At the final event, he once again came close to another championship bracelet, where he finished with the third best record and an astounding cash prize of $781,440.
